BombKala Online Store Product Return Policies

1. Standard Return Policy
Products shipped from BombKala, including those supplied by third-party sellers with return policies, can generally be returned within 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions specified below:

1.1. Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned. The return policies for each product are explicitly mentioned on the final invoice or in the product description section.

1.2. Specific Return Periods for Certain Products
If a type of product has a different return period, it will be explicitly mentioned on the product page. If not specified, the standard 10-day return policy applies.

1.3. Perishable and Sensitive Products
Certain perishable goods or products that pose risks of poisoning or spoilage upon delivery are non-returnable. BombKala ensures that essential and primary goods from third-party sellers are delivered to customers with the highest quality.

2. Return Policy for Third-Party Sellers
2.1. Third-Party Sellers Coordinated with BombKala
Products supplied by third-party sellers through BombKala are subject to the same return policies as those sold by BombKala.

2.2. Different Return Policies of Third-Party Sellers
Some third-party sellers may have different return policies. If a seller’s return policy complies with BombKala’s, it will be subject to the same return policies described on this page.

3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1. Using the Return Label
Return labels obtained from BombKala’s return center are valid only for returns shipped from within the same country of origin. This includes products purchased from third-party sellers and sourced from destination countries. However, you can still use the return center for products shipped from BombKala to destination countries.

3.2. Return Shipping Costs in Case of BombKala’s Error
If you use this shipping label and the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and refund any applicable import fees deposit after processing the return.

3.3. Return Shipping Costs in Absence of BombKala’s Error
If you use this shipping label and the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, along with any applicable import fees deposit. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping charges for that item.

4. Removal of Personal Data
You are entirely responsible for any data breaches that may occur if you fail to delete and remove all personal data related to you or any third party. You must remove from the returned product and its packaging any items that do not belong to the original product received from BombKala. BombKala is not responsible for any mistakenly left items inside the returned product or its packaging. You agree that the returned product becomes the property of BombKala, which is then authorized to sell it to third parties.

5. Returning Gifts
The return center allows gift recipients to return items marked as gifts at the time of purchase. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and returned. Gift recipients are not eligible for immediate exchange or refund.

6. Returning Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable after purchase (except where required by law). For more information on gift card restrictions, refer to BombKala’s gift card terms and conditions.

7. Returning BombKala Devices
BombKala e-readers, Fire TV devices, and related accessories purchased from BombKala can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition. After processing the return, a BombKala gift card for the returned item’s value will be sent to the email address entered on the return center form. If you are the gift giver, the refund will be made to your original payment method. To complete the return process, you need the order number, which can be found on the packing slip. If you do not have the order number, please contact us.

8. Returning Handmade and Craft Products from BombKala
Products sold by handmade sellers are subject to BombKala’s standard guarantee policies. Additional information about customized handmade products (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroideries, embossings, carvings, or prints) other than size and color is available in the “Return of Customized Products” section. Specifically, uniquely produced products for the customer are non-returnable. Additionally, locally and privately made handmade and food products are non-returnable.

9. Returning BombKala Warehouse Products
In most cases, used or opened items purchased from the BombKala warehouse and shipped from BombKala can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Some products have different policies or requirements. BombKala warehouse products are non-exchangeable. Refurbished items sold by BombKala warehouse can be returned within 20 days of receipt.

10. Returning Apple Branded Products
If you purchase a physical Apple-branded product from BombKala, you can return it within 15 days of delivery if it is under warranty, unless it falls under BombKala’s refurbishment guarantee, in which case you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Apple devices must be removed from iCloud, and all personal data of you or any third party must be deleted. Failure to do so may result in BombKala refusing the return. 11. Returning Automotive Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty
If an automotive product you purchased from BombKala has a manufacturer’s warranty, BombKala will honor this warranty directly. Please contact BombKala customer service for assistance. For products purchased from a seller other than BombKala, please contact the seller directly.

12. Returning Children’s Products and Toys
Children’s products and toys purchased from BombKala, or from a seller supplied by BombKala, can be returned within 15 days of receipt through the return center if the item has not been removed from its original packaging. Gifts purchased from the child registry can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All other children’s products and toys purchased from BombKala or a seller can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in new and unopened condition. You will not be charged for return shipping costs for your return.

13. Returning Breast Pumps
BombKala and most sellers accept returns of unused breast pumps that are in their original condition and factory-sealed packaging. Breast pumps purchased from BombKala can be returned within 10 days of delivery through the return center. Breast pumps purchased from a seller can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be in new and unopened condition. You will not be charged for return shipping costs for your return.

14. Returning Customized Products
Customized products are non-returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 10 days of delivery at BombKala’s discretion. For example, if your customized product is defective or does not precisely match your order specifications, BombKala may decide to offer a refund or replacement. In such cases, please contact BombKala customer service and explain the issue.

15. Returning Damaged and Defective Products
15.1. Reporting Damage
If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact BombKala customer service as soon as possible. We will guide you through the return process and help you receive a replacement product or a full refund, provided the delivery date and your report are the same day.

15.2. Returning Defective Products**
Defective products are subject to the standard 10-day return policy unless a specific return policy is mentioned for them. In case of a defect, BombKala may cover the return shipping costs.
